Billing questions
What does "projects up to 50 kW" mean?
Each project (one site you design) can have a solar system of up to 50 kW on Starter, or 500 kW on Pro. A typical home system is 3 kW, so Starter covers homes, shops and smaller housing societies. There's no limit on how many projects you design.
How will I be billed?
Monthly or yearly, in Indian rupees, through Razorpay. Paying yearly costs 20% less than paying month by month. You can pay with UPI Autopay, a credit or debit card, or a netbanking e-mandate. 18% GST is added to the plan price and shown before you pay.
Can I get a GST invoice for my business?
Yes. Add your company name and GSTIN at checkout so they can be included on your invoices.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can move to a bigger plan, or between monthly and yearly billing, from your dashboard at any time. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
What if I design projects bigger than 500 kW?
