Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Helio3D (the "Service"), operated by [Your Company Pvt. Ltd.], [Registered office address, City, State – PIN] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, as chosen at checkout, in Indian rupees, through Razorpay.
• Prices are shown exclusive of GST; applicable GST is added at checkout.
• Each plan sets the largest solar system (in kW) a single project can have. The number of projects is not limited.
• By subscribing you authorise recurring charges through your chosen payment method (UPI Autopay, card or e-mandate) until you cancel.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. See our Cancellation & refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it by unauthorised means, or use it in violation of applicable Indian law.

5. Designs and estimates

3D models, layouts and capacity figures are design aids. Final installations must be verified on site by qualified professionals.

6. Liability
